 Information for Potential Traders.

Please see below some general information for potential Traders to both Outdoor and Indoor (once monthly) Markets. Thank you.

OUTDOOR MARKET; We run a weekly outdoor Sunday Market throughout the year. Trading times are 10am to 2pm, location is on the area outside The Cabin, CB24 1FD.

Pitch fees will be £15.00 for a single pitch of 3x3m. Anything above this, up to 6m x 3m will be an additional £10.

We do not have facility to provide any Gazebos or any additional Market equipment. Traders are required to supply their own Market worthy Gazebo, Weights and Table/s.

For outdoor Trading we recommend a STURDY / HEAVY DUTY Gazebo as it can get quite blustery on this location.

INDOOR MARKET; On the fourth Sunday of each month we run an indoor Market in The Cabin, this is also running 10am to 2pm. TRADERS ARE ASKED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN TABLE WHERE POSSIBLE.

For single “Pitches” on the “Indoor Market” the cost is £15.00 for up to 1.8m, anything over 1.8m and up to 3.6m is an additional cost of £10 and is classed as a “Double Pitch”. PLEASE NOTE we cannot guarantee we will have room for a Trader to have a second table and the Market Manager will advise upon your application.

TRADERS WILL BE INVOICED AT THE END OF EACH MONTH FOR MARKETS ATTENDED.

PARKING FOR BOTH MARKETS IS AT THE TOP OF PATHFINDER WAY OR THE NEARBY PARK AND RIDE; BOTH SITES ARE FREE.

We require the following information/ to be in place.

Public Liability insurance and Product Liability Insurance (for Traders of consumables) of up to £5 million Please send proof of this.

Risk Assessment- up to date - Please send proof of this.

Proof of Hygiene Certificate Grading and issued Certificate. ( For Food Traders Only)
