Greenbelt management of spaces explained

At the meeting the green space management company Greenbelt
held in October (Greenbelt:
Pre-billing Meeting for Northstowe Residents on 5th October - Northstowe Town
Council), they flagged up that the billing of the
infrastructure areas was to be sent out to the residents of Northstowe; by
now all households in Northstowe should have received this bill.
As we have received some enquiries around this, for the purpose of clarity below is a map of the areas that are being taken on by Greenbelt, all are in Phase 1 of Northstowe:
The Dark Green areas of green space have been taken over from the developer L&Q since 1st November for their maintenance and management (but they remain in L&Q ownership).
The Light Green areas of green space are to be taken on by Greenbelt at a future date; Greenbelt will update the map and let residents know as more areas of open space are to be adopted.
