Full Council meeting 8th October: decisions made

At last night's Northstowe Town Council's (Extraordinary) Full Council meeting the following items on the agenda were discussed and decided on:

• The Town Council is pleased to formally appoint G. Bernardis as the Town Council's newest member of staff; they will be working as Assets and Estates Manager and are to start on Monday 14th October 2024 in their new position. Mr. Bernardis will be working alongside the existing staff members, Town Clerk, Deputy Clerk and Market Manager, to focus on developing business cases for various potential asset transfer opportunities across Northstowe.
• The Town Council also approved the necessary IT and other equipment for the new member of staff to fulfil their role.
